A gentle place to breathe and begin again

You do not have to have it all figured out. Your story is not over.

Sometimes one honest conversation is enough to help you remember that hope is still possible—and that you do not have to walk through divorce, grief, widowhood, or major change alone.

☕ Come as you are. We can begin right where you are.
Maybe this feels familiar

You have been carrying more than most people can see.

You may be functioning on the outside while quietly wondering how to feel like yourself again.

You are exhausted from making hard decisions.
You are grieving the life you thought you would have.
You keep asking, “Who am I now?”
You feel pressure to be farther along than you are.
You want peace, but you are not sure how to find it.
You are ready for hope to feel believable again.

I did not choose every chapter—but I learned I could choose how I moved through it.

There were seasons when I felt strong, and seasons when simply getting through the day felt like enough. What helped me was not pressure to “move on.” It was having safe people, honest conversations, practical guidance, and faith that reminded me my life still had meaning.

The turning point came when I stopped asking only, “Why did this happen?” and began asking, “What is still possible?”

That question became the beginning of my own second act. Today, I help women feel understood, get unstuck, rebuild confidence, and move toward a future that feels peaceful, purposeful, and full of possibility.

What I believe

Healing begins when you feel safe enough to tell the truth.

Every woman deserves a safe place to land.
You do not have to heal on someone else’s timeline.
You are stronger than this season has made you feel.
God is not finished writing your story.
If we worked together

Imagine sitting across from me and telling me your story.

That is where we begin—not with fixing you, not with a checklist, and not with pressure. We begin with understanding what happened, what hurts, and what you need now.

Ways I can support you

Choose the kind of support that fits the season you are navigating.

Each path is personal, compassionate, practical, and grounded in hope.

Hi, I’m Lisa

I would be honored to hear your story.

I am a coach, ordained chaplain, widow, and woman who understands that healing is rarely a straight line. You do not need perfect words, perfect faith, or a perfect plan to begin.

We can start with one warm, honest conversation and discover the next gentle step together.
